Tien Chi Chen, age 94, of San Jose, California passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023.
A graveside service for Tien will be held Friday, November 17, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125.
