Loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Tomi Asano, passed away peacefully in her home on November 9, 2019. Born on April 26, 1928, Tomi touched many lives in her 91 years of life and will be remembered for her sunny disposition, generosity, grace, humility and kind heart. She was an avid reader, talented seamstress and excellent cook but Tomi’s real passion was spending time with her family. She is proceeded in death by her husband, Paul and her parents, Katsuchiyo and Shizu Kasai. She is survived by her four children, Joanne, Stephen (Jackie), Mary (George) and Annette (Michael). She also leaves six grandchildren (Kristin, Stephen, Jeffrey, Lauren, Keiko and Emi), her sister, Kiyo Fujiu, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. While she is dearly missed, we are filled with gratitude for the love and support she showed us throughout our lives.
