Lima, Vera - - Born February 29, 1940 entered into rest on February 28, 2025 in San Andreas, CA, after battling lung disease. Vera was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, George Edward Lima, Sr.
She is survived and missed by her three sons, George Jr (Martha), Anthony (Lolly), Paul (Lupe); and five grandchildren, Angel, Mario, Paul, Camille, and Michael; as well as many great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Vera worked many years at IBM in San Jose. Initially a Campbell resident, after retiring she moved to Sutter Creek.
Vera’s favorite pastimes including listening to music, dancing and catching up with friends. When she wasn’t doing that, you could find her at the nearest casino.
Her legacy and memory will live on in her family and friends and in the stories that are told about her.
