

We deeply mourn the loss of Vladimir Fishman, who peacefully passed away on 28th September, 2025. He was born on 9th February, 1947, a radiant soul who graced this world with 78 years of kindness, brilliance and a well-meaning nature.
Vladimir was a man of great talent whose immense ingenuity made a lasting impact on the world of technology. His illustrious career in the software industry, starting from the early days of personal computing and running through the rise of modern digital technology, marked him as a true innovator. His remarkable accomplishments in this field remain a testament to his exceptional intellect and competence.
A compassionate man, Vladimir had a heart as vast as his intellect. He consistently demonstrated kindness and generosity, traits that largely define his enduring legacy. Those fortunate enough to know him will continue to remember his magnanimous spirit and grace.
His memory will be carried forward by his surviving family members: daughters Irina Kosinovsky and Olga Chotinun; granddaughters Zoe Chotinun and Hannah Wise; great-granddaughter Miriam Wise nephew Dmitriy Shternberg; niece Svetlana Oleshko; nephew Boris Shmir, and his cousin Simon Fishman. They will lovingly cherish his memory and continue to celebrate his extraordinary life.
