Born in Bridgewater, MA, he was the son of Barry E. and Susan (Garabedian) Hall.
Scott graduated from Bridgewater-Raynham High School and attended Bridgewater State College.
Scott was a 4th generation builder and worked alongside his father building residential homes on Cape Cod until becoming disabled in a construction accident. Scott spent summers at the family home in Maine. He was always interested in photography, taking him along the rural roads of northern New England and taking photos of the old farm houses and equipment, many of which were published.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Dean Hall of Savannah, GA, and two nieces Ashley Hall of Somerville, MA and Hayden Hall of Boston, MA; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be private.
