Donna Lee Marsh

Donna L. Marsh, of Sandwich passed away Tuesday at the McCarthy Care Center after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of George J. Marsh and devoted mother of two sons, Michael and Kevin. Besides her husband of 25 years and two sons, she is also survived by her parents, Clarence J. and Janet (Peterson) Hamilton of Bridgewater, MA and a brother, Lance J. Hamilton of CT and many dear nieces and nephews.

Born and raised in Stoughton, MA she moved to Sandwich, MA in 2000. Donna was a very kind hearted and caring person. Always putting others before herself in all that she did. Her family and friends are deeply saddened by her loss. She was a courageous woman who touched everybody’s heart. Donna was amazed by the generosity and support she received from her community through her long battle with cancer.

She enjoyed time in Waterville Valley, NH with her family and many friends.

Her Funeral Mass will be held on Monday June 15, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in Corpus Christi Parish 324 Quaker Meeting House Road East Sandwich, MA. Interment in Sandwich Town Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 3 – 7 p.m. in the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 154 Route 6A Sandwich, MA.
