Edward A. Latham Sr.

was born to the late Thomas and Effie Latham on October 29, 1930 in Boston MA. Ed was full of life and love for his late wife of 53 years, Jeanne A. Latham.

Ed is survived by his two sons and daughter-in laws: Edward A. Latham Jr. and wife Rhonda L. Latham of

Essex MA, and William D. Latham and wife Amy E. Latham of Chatham, and their three children Hendrick, Vivian and Georgia.

Ed was at his happiest working outdoors with Jeanne by his side in their impeccable yard. He loved playing with his grandchildren and spending time with grand pets. For 40 years Ed was employed as technical draftsman for Boston Edison. He remained close with his friends and coworkers long after retirement. Ed was kind hearted, vibrant, possessed a great sense of humor and had a love for traveling with his Jeanne.

A viewing will be held from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Monday March 14, 2022 at Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 154 Route 6A in Sandwich, MA followed by his funeral and burial at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Ave, Buzzards Bay, MA 02542.
