Paul Francis Timmons

Born in Boston, MA on November 1, 1939, he was the son of the late George and Anna (Parsons) Timmons. He was educated in Boston schools. His career was spent as a Tax Accountant at Mellon and Thomson Corporation.

In additional to his wife, Paul is survived by sons Paul, Jr (Tracy) of Brockton, MA; Mark of E. Machias, Maine; and Sean of Quincy, MA; 7 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Brothers Francis, Kenneth and Joseph and many nieces and nephews and his loving and supportive in-laws Paul was predeceased by his daughter, Christine; brothers Robert, George, Richard and Paul's former wife, Julia.

Paul enjoyed gardening, trips to Foxwoods, the Red Sox and his beloved dog, Maxie.

The family thanks the staff at VNA Tradewinds Adult Day Health; Cape Cod Hospital especially Dr. Levin; Mayflower Place and VNA Hospice.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 4, 2019 at Corpus Christi Parish 324 Quaker Meeting House Road East Sandwich. Interment is private. Visitation prior to the funeral at 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 154 Route 6A Sandwich. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to Trade Winds Adult Day Health 290 Route 130 Box 6 Sandwich, MA or Friends of the Council on Aging Inc. P.O. Box 107 Sandwich, MA.
