Jeannette B. Davis

DAVIS Jeannette Bagley Davis, 83, died Wednesday, October 15, 2014, after an extended battle with congestive heart failure. She was the daughter of the late Pearl Spence Bagley and Daniel Bagley. Jeanette, a native Atlantan, was a majorette for Murphy High School and Georgia Tech. She had several positions in the business world with the last two being Atlanta Boat Works and Commercial Realtor with Keller Williams. Jeannette is survived by her daughter, Deborah Davis Schmidt of Sandy Springs, Georgia; granddaughter, Ashley Schmidt Beall and her husband Allen Beall of Loveland, Colorado; grandsons, Raiden and Maddox Beall; nieces, Barbara Gresham Davis of West Palm Beach, Florida; Peggy Gresham Pruett and her husband Ron Pruett of McDonough, Georgia; nephew, Robert Gresham of Helen, Georgia; numerous great nieces and nephews; and special longtime friend Claude Turner, of Cumming, Georgia. Visitation will be at 12:00 pm on October 24 at Arlington Memorial Park with Graveside Service to follow at 1:00 pm. Reception at 2:00 pm at H. M. Patterson and Son, Arlington Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Jeanette B. Davis for breast cancer research to Susan G. Komen Atlanta, 3525 Piedmont Rd. 5-215, Atlanta, Georgia 30305.
