Raymond Hester

Raymond Hester, 92 of Roswell and formerly of Sandy Springs, died June 21, 2023. Mr. Hester was a career engineer and retired from General Electric and then Lockheed. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nell Ruth Hester; and daughters, Barbara and Linda Hester. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Jane Hester; son, Raymond A. Hester; 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and 11 great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday, June 26, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. with the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. at H.M. Patterson and Son, Arlington Chapel, 173 Allen Rd., Sandy Springs, GA 30328. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Park.
