Rodney Shawn Bernot

Rodney Shawn Bernot 49, of Marietta, died December 30, 2023. Mr. Bernot graduated from Dunwoody High School in 1992 and then attended The Citadel. Rodney was preceded in death by his brother, Roland Bernot and is survived by his wife, Leigh Ann Bernot; daughters, Reegan and Ramona Bernot; parents, Roger and Margaret Bernot; half-sisters, Tammy Stokes (John), Veronica Poulis; half-brother, Earl Davis (Ivone); and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The American Kidney Foundation. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 7, 2024 beginning at 11 o’clock followed by a funeral service with a reception at 12 o’clock at H.M. Patterson and Son, Arlington Chapel, 173 Allen Rd., NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. Interment will follow the reception at Arlington Memorial Park.
