William Wesley Payne, 85, of Douglasville, passed away on April 18, 2016. He was born on September 5, 1930 in Wyandotte, MI and was the son of the late Winlow and Florence Payne. Mr. Payne was a Mason for 60 years with the Florida Lodge in St. Petersburg. In addition to his parents Bill is preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Mary Margaret Morris Payne and is survived by his 3 children, Brenda and husband David Lowe; Bradley Payne; William Payne and wife Rhonda; 13 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and sister, Janet Molnar. A memorial service will be held in the Sunrise Chapel at Arlington Memorial Park, 201 Mount Vernon Highway, Sandy Springs, GA on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 1 o’clock. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Happy Valley Baptist Church in Villa Rica, Georgia.
