Betty Belle Lackey, age 84 of Sanford, passed away on Thursday November 13. Betty was a retired Sales Associate for JCPenney, and was an avid gardener. She was the wife of the late Harry Alfred Lackey II, she is survived by her loving children, sons; Larry Lackey, Ray Lackey and daughter, Valerie Williams, as well as a brother; Richard McCarthy. Betty was also predeceased by her beloved son; Harry Alfred Lackey III and a brother Charles McCarthy. A Life Celebration service will take place at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 700 Rinehart Rd, Lake Mary 32746 ,date and time to be announced.
