She was born in Logan's Ferry, PA on June 10th, 1945. Carolyn graduated from Chambersburg High School and received a Nursing License from Lake County Community College. Carolyn had a career in the Healthcare Industry.
She was preceded in death by Timothy Smith (Son) and Karl Kirkpatrick (Brother).
She is survived by Timothy Smith (Son), Chloe Smith (Granddaughter), Christian Smith (Grandson)) and Karl Kirkpatrick (Brother).
A gathering of family and friends for Carolyn will be held Thursday, July 11, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel, 5000 County Road 46A, Sanford, FL 32771, followed by a Celebration of Life from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
