Darren graduated from the "School of Hard Knocks." Darren was married to Alison Murphy on January 28, 2023.
He worked with windows for Solar Tite for 30 years. He had a passion for brisket and family. He also enjoyed fishing, racing and a nice Dr. Pepper.
Darren was preceded in death by Grandmother; Allie Lord, Uncles; Buddy Richardson, Jerry Thomason and cousins; Jason and Preston Richardson.
Darren is survived by Spouse; Alison Murphy, Kids; Daniel Murphy (Kaylyn), Adam Murphy (Kaitlyn) and Muryon Murphy, Parents; Linda Barrett (Norm), Jim Murphy (Carol), Sibling; Dana Miller (Victor), Grandchildren; Skiler, Savannah and Scarlett Murphy, Nieces; Sarah Gembeki, Allie Danzig, Aunt; Mary Holland, Florence Thomason, Cousins; Tracy Thomason, Tammy Stickle, Shawna Mercada, Lavenia Gillis, Marsha Douberly, Dolores Breland, Michael Holland and a host of cousins and other family that he cherished.
