Eric Jeffrey Skiko

Eric Jeffrey Skiko, 24, passed away suddenly on Friday, July 29 due to a car accident in Lake Mary, Florida. Eric was born on March 19, 1992 in West Palm, Florida to Edward Skiko and Victoria Grosche. He was raised in Florida, attending local schools such as Lake Mary High School and Seminole State College. Eric had his Associates degree in business and was taking summer classes towards the completion of his Bachelor’s degree. Along with being a student, he also worked at Tilly’s in the mall. Eric loved working with people and in November he would have been with the company for 3 years. Eric was an amazing athlete and quite the artist. He played soccer all of his life, once scoring 6 goals in a single game at Lake Mary High School. He also enjoyed basketball, golf, skateboarding, playing video games and dancing. When he was not participating in sports Eric would spend his time drawing, going to the beach or simply staying at home watching a movie with his family. Eric leaves behind his parents Edward and Victoria Skiko, his brother Eddie Skiko, a twin sister Courtney Skiko and grandparents Edward and Kathleen Skiko. Eric also leaves behind many uncles, aunts, cousins and close friends. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 2:00pm at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel, 5000 County Road 46A, Sanford, FL 32771.
