Kevin Dale Spillman, Sr., age 54 of Orange City, Florida, passed away on March 26, 2015. He is survived by two sons, Kevin Jr. and Charles Spillman, two grandchildren, sister Sherry Alexander of Elizabethton, TN and brother Gary Spillman of Opelika, AL, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family.
