Bill was born in Columbus, GA and raised on a six hundred acre farm in Warm Springs, GA. The son of a Registered Nurse and an Entrepreneurial father, hard work and helping others became his main traits. Bill was a graduate of University of GA class of 1966, and an Officer in the Army from 1967-1969. He is survived by Russell Hardy of Portland, Oregon, Chris Hardy of Columbus, GA and Alexander and Lisa Bohne of Tampa, FL. As well as three little ones, Olivia, Ethan, and Gage. Bill began a career in risk management with Metropolitan Insurance in Tampa, FL in 1977. He retired from AAA Insurance in Lake Mary, FL in 2013 after 22 years.
