

Mike was born in Tacoma, Washington on February 2, 1956. Mike graduated from Peninsula High School in Gig Harbor, Washington. After high school he completed a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He received the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry, and a degree and Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from Oregon Health Sciences University.
Mike was married to Roxanne Wagner on May 1, 1979, in the Salt Lake Temple in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mike practiced Pediatric Dentistry for 35 years; first in Longwood, Florida then in a new office built in Lake Mary, Florida. He was a valiant member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. During his high school years scouting was an important part of his life. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout and, later as an adult, he completed his Wood Badge and was a Bob White. As a youth he served a two-year mission to the Spain Barcelona Mission.
He was a loving, dedicated leader in the church where he served faithfully as a bishop, Scoutmaster, counselor in a stake presidency, stake president, 1st Counselor in the Orlando, Florida Temple presidency and mission leader in the Mexico Chihuahua Mission. He had a passion for mowing the lawn, showing grandchildren birds, and playing tennis. He loved BYU sports, especially football, basketball, and volleyball. He enjoyed his weekly calls with his mother. He also found joy in serving others in countless hurricane cleanup projects as well as a humanitarian health mission to provide dental care to youth in El Salvador.
Mike was preceded in death by his father, Irvin Leroy Ingalls.
He is survived by his wife, Roxanne Ingalls, his children: Christopher (Jessica Flores), Jonathan (Lauren Fife), Monica (R. Christian Rasband); his mother (Leora Joan Ingalls), his sisters: Pamela Matson (Rick), Gayle Ingalls, and Sheila States (Dave), and his brothers: Raymond Ingalls (Bridgette) and Gary Ingalls (Fiona); grandchildren: Jace, Marcela, Nicole, and Alec Ingalls; Corban and Dagny Ingalls; Alina, Wil, Kai, Esme, Gideon, Gabriel, Bentley and Cosette Rasband.
Funeral arrangements will be held on Friday, May 9th, at 1pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints located at 2615 Waycross Ave., Eustis, Florida.
