Tom was born in Dalton, GA on November 25, 1942, to James and Nannie Neeley. Tom married Teresa Neeley on October 15, 1988, in College Park, FL. Tom worked in Sales for Vanguard Paper for many years. Tom was passionate about raising Blue Tongue Skinks, Tortoises, Aquatic Turtles and Cruising with his beloved wife. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Tom was a kind and loving person, if anyone needed help, he would be right there to assist in any way he could.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents James Harvey Neeley Jr and Nannie Flo Neeley.
Tom is survived by his wife Teresa Neeley, Sons William Neeley Jr (Shelby), Bobby Crosby (BJ), Thomas Neeley (Stacy), Troy Neeley (Sonja), daughter Deborah Neeley (Marco), 13 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Tom is also survived by his two beloved brothers Harvey Neeley (Rhonda) and Greg Neeley (Nancy).
Tom will be greatly missed by all that knew him, once he came into your life, he made a big impact that will
never be forgotten.
A Visitation for William will be held Monday, January 6, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel, 5000 County Road 46A, Sanford, FL 32771, followed by a Funeral Service from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
