

Anthony “Tony” Biagiotti, resident of Orange, California passed away on October 20th at the age of 95. He was born March 25, 1930, in Cleveland, Ohio, a son of the late Dr. and Mrs. Eliseo Biagiotti and Rose Coreno Biagiotti.
Anthony is survived by his brother, Dr. Guy Biagiotti; sister-in-law, Gloria Biagiotti; niece, Victoria Biagiotti-Wise; and nephew, Guy R Biagiotti, DDS; two great nieces and one great nephew.
Anthony attended Western Reserve University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Francis College in Loretto, Pennsylvania, in 1951. He went on to complete a Master of Arts in Physiology from Oberlin College in Ohio.
In 1954, Tony was drafted into the U.S. Army and served as a Medical Inspector in the Preventive Medical Division of the Army Medical Corps at Fort Knox. He later conducted research in the U.S. Army Biological Warfare Center at Fort Detrick, Maryland, from 1954 to 1956 and served as an Army Specialist.
After his military service, Tony earned his teaching certificate from Baldwin College in Ohio and later obtained his California teaching credentials. His remarkable 48-year career in education included teaching at Louis Pasteur Junior High in Los Angeles, Monrovia High School, Cerro Villa Junior High, Villa Park and Canyon High Schools, and through Independent Study with the Orange Unified School District. He taught science, health, biology, and even driver’s education, inspiring generations of students.
Tony Biagiotti, a soldier who knew the weight of loss, now rests where peace endures.
Funeral services and interment will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Fairhaven Memorial Park and Mortuary in Santa Ana California with Visitation in Legacy Chapel from 11am to 12pm and Funeral Service in Legacy Chapel from 12pm to 1pm. Under the direction of Chaplain Joe Andersen, there will be military honors in tribute to his service. Anthony’s immediate family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
