Antonio Sam Emanuele

In the early 1950's, Antonio immigrated from Sicily to Cleveland, Ohio with his wife Rosa, where they soon started their family. After years of hard work owning his own tailor shop, he brought his family to Orange, California, where he continued his work and met lifelong friends in the area.

His life was spent sharing stories of his travels over good food and a glass of Lambrusco, playing bocci with friends, and always making time to visit his family in Italy. Antonio blessed his family and friends with 91 years of love, support, and cherished memories.

Antonio was preceded in death by his wife Rose Emanuele, and two sons Benny and Joseph Emanuele. He is survived by his brother Giuseppe Emanuele, daughter Josephine Hicks and husband Jimmie Hicks, his daughter in law Amanda Emanuele, his three grandchildren Daniel Hicks, Katelyn Hicks, Alicia Emanuele, and his great granddaughters Eilee Nay-Hicks and Ava Emanuele.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 an Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at San Antonio Catholic Church (5800 E Santa Ana Canyon Rd, Anaheim, CA 92807). Antonio will be laid to rest in Fairhaven Memorial Park in Santa Ana.
