Barbara Ann Brady

Barbara grew up in Home Washington. She lived in the house that was built by her Great Grandfather, Camille Lance. She attended a one room elementary school. She was advanced grades two times in elementary and junior high school. She graduated from Stadium High School in Tacoma in 1946. There wasn’t a high school where she lived.

She was very active and outgoing growing up with her cousins Beverley, Patricia, and Marilyn White. They loved to visit Grandma Adams.

After high school she got her RN degree.

She married Robert James Brady in 1953. They lived at Fort Ord, California until his discharge from the Navy. They moved to Long Beach for a couple of years and then to Anaheim. She worked with a number of doctors in Santa Ana.

In 1985, she bought a business “Aftercare”, it took care of patients after plastic surgery. She had a number of famous people in her home.

She loved to travel and had many adventures with her friends.
