David was born in Santa Ana on November 18, 1934 and remained in Orange County until his passing on February 23, 2019. He attended Santa Ana High School and was drafted by the Army in 1957, stationed in Korea. Upon returning, he married his high school sweetheart who lived down the street, leading to a marriage lasting 60 years. As an entrepreneur he built a successful family business, instilling his values of hard work and dedication to his children and others.
Among his activities were his love of classic cars, Donut Derelicts(HB) as well as being a big fan of auto racing. Dave loved keeping in touch with his high school and car friends. His passing came while at home and doing what he loved, watching NASCAR with his dog Oscar.
He is survived by his wife (Diane), 2 children, a son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and 6 grandchildren, along with two of his sisters. David was preceded in death by his mother, father, older brother and younger sister. David will be missed by all he touched in his life.
