Frank lived in California for the rest of his life. Post-military he was employed at Mailing and Marketing, a local direct mail company, for over 50 years.
He married in 1960 and had three children. Frank was predeceased by his parents as well as his son Stephen and is survived by sons, Robert (Debbie) and Thomas (Carrie), his four grandchildren, Thomas II, Alyssa, Kelly, and Robert Jr., and his sister Amy Jenkins.
Frank had a keen sense of humor and was an avid reader and loved sports, especially the Los Angeles Dodgers and California Angels. He regularly read the Orange County Register and Los Angeles Times from front to back. In retirement, flowers and gardening brought him joy.
