Davenport, John Mason, 31 of Irvine, CA passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday January 31, 2017. He was born November 19, 1985 in Anderson, SC. He grew up in Irvine, graduating from Northwood HS. He was a proud graduate from California State University, Dominguez Hills, earning a Bachelor of Science in Applied Studies with a Minor in Communications. Mason is survived by his parents, John & Virginia Davenport, of Irvine, CA., his brother, Jed Danner, of Concord, CA., his paternal grandmother, Anne Sweetman, of Anderson, SC his aunts, Pam George of Sumter, SC, and Terisue George, of Rancho Mission Viejo, CA, his uncles Tom George (Chicki) of Watkinsville, GA and Charlie Davenport (Rika) of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by his cousins, Dylan, Tyler, Maggie, Lisa, Nathan and Anna, as well as his nephew and niece, Rhodes & Cricket. Mason is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Helen & Charles George, his paternal grandparents , John & Gladys Davenport, his uncle and godfather, Doug George, and his aunt, Nancy McDonald.
