Another passion of his was "finding treasures". He owned some of the most sophisticated metal detectors, and before his illness got worse a year ago, you could count on him being at one of the many beaches and parks in Orange Country looking for treasures. He was quite successful and often would call or e-mail Sylvia and his siblings to share the good news! He also loved collecting coins. Oscar was technology savvy and often would buy the latest electronic gadgets. He also enjoyed going to the shooting range for target practice. Oscar will be sorely missed by all of those who knew him. A true gentleman with a quiet demeanor and a friendly personality. May he rest in peace.
