On June 29, 2019, Patricia( Patty) Simpson-Englert, loving wife, daughter, sister and aunt passed away at age 50. Patty was born in Newport Beach, California to Richard and Joyce Simpson. She was raised in Fountain Valley, CA and graduated from La Quinta High School. She excelled at life while overcoming significant health/heart issues. In 1999, after numerous months in and out of the hospital, she was blessed to be a recipient of a heart transplant. In 2002, she married the love of her life, Mark Englert. She was passionate about organ donation, quilting, love of her Dachsund pups, country music especially Garth Brooks and most of all her friends, family and being an Aunt to her numerous nieces and nephews. She is survived by her dad, Richard Simpson and sisters, Erin Campbell and Julie Rewerts. Patty was a staunch advocate and believer in the gift of organ donations.
