Randall is survived by his daughter, Randi Jean (Scott) Phillips, and his two grandsons, Jack Randall and Forrest Scott Phillips, who brought immense joy and pride into his life. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 38 years, Barbara, as well as his parents, Julian and Betty.
Raised in Dayton, Ohio, Randall moved to Southern California in his early twenties. He and Barbara made their home in Buena Park, where they joyfully raised their daughter and cared for a medley of animals. Randall built a long and dedicated career in metrology, contributing his skills to numerous major aerospace and medical technology companies.
Randall was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend. He cherished time with family, loved watching sports, and enjoyed tinkering in the garage. Though he was one of the hardest-working men you could meet, he never lost his appreciation for life’s simple pleasures. Becoming a grandfather was one of his greatest joys, and he took immense pride in watching his grandsons grow.
He will be deeply and dearly missed.
