I worked briefly with Randy, but it built a life long friendship. Though we rarely got to see each other, the moments we did were like no time was lost.  I lived vicariously through his Instagram and was proud of all his accomplishments, like an older brother.  Rest easy, miss you, buddy.

Randall always had great style, wearing cool brand jackets and hats.

Randall was a great guy. 
He was one of a kind gem. 
He always helped whenever he can.
He will always try to be there even if it's far away or if he had other plans.
He gave the best hugs.
He always smiled even though he had struggles in his heart, no matter what.
It was always a delight to see him and hangout with him. 
Randall is loved by many and will be missed by many.

Randall is one of the best humans I have known. Always kind, polite, and respectful. Randall was the most loyal of friends. He had a love of riding his motorcycle, shooting competitively, hockey (Go Kings! (but only for Randall)), DS9 (he just recently finished a rewatch)/Battlestar Galactica  and seeing his friends.  KBBQ and Hockey were some of the fondest memories I have had with Randall, including driving Randall, Jerry and I to Vegas to go to a KnightsxCaps game with Michael, the Caps being Randall's favorite east coast team, we each got 1 dozen free Krispy Kreme donuts after the game and walked around the strip for hours handing them out between eating a few ourselves. A bunch of us got together around Halloweentime and Nick presented Trick r Treat to us, one evening in the Tabula home - a very fond memory. I know Randall enjoyed riding his Triumph with my husband Jerry and friend Melinda - I attempted to ride for a time but was never quite at their level. More recently, I had become fond of our monthly Tokyo Central shopping sessions when I am in town from Florida. Randall had also studied Japanese and we would practice light Nihongo conversations while purchasing pickled radishes and confectioneries.  

Nearly three weeks have passed since I found out and I still cannot believe he is no longer amongst us. The world lost a great person on September 1st, and I for one will never forget who he was, the meals and events we shared, the copious amounts of kbbq beef, the extensive (and nerdy) conversations or his amusing way of mugging for photos. There is so much more to appreciate about Randall, but i just don't have the words.  To his parents, I am terribly sorry for the loss of your son, and my heart aches for you and your family. You raised one heck of a kind and considerate son. 
Rest in peace, Randall.  You will be forever missed.
