Saundra Kay Brummett

Sandy attended Santa Ana High School and was very involved with the reunion committee after graduation. Sandy completed some college and then began her career with Bank Of America. She worked there for approximately 20 years before retiring.

Sandy met Gary in 1985, and he literally swept her off her feet. They loved to go out dancing and were married a year later in 1986. They enjoyed going out to eat or hosting bbq swim parties at their home for all the kid's and grandkid's birthdays and celebrations. When they weren't doing this, they were attending their grandchildren's various sports games and events.

Sandy and Gary became very involved in the Elks, attending their various theme nights, dancing late into the evening Gary's sore back would allow it, and enjoying the company of their Elk friends, the self-proclaimed "Rowdy Bunch."

Unfortunately, Gary passed away in December of 2019. They were married for 33 years. Sandy decided to be closer to her daughter Keri, her son-in-law, Phillip, and her granddaughters Gina and Kaci. Sandy loved sharing a home with family, riding around the grandkids and Chloe in her golf cart, watching the goats grow, and sitting out on the back patio and enjoying the evening.

Sandy is survived by her daughter, Keri, Gary's daughter's, Robyn & Dusky, Gary's son, Jay, and their combined grandchildren, Anthony, Katie, Chris, Josh, Gina, Kaci, Quentin, Dion and Symone.
