I will greatly miss my grandfather, for he was the best. I never knew how hard it would be to loose one of my family members until now. I never knew the pain that would come when he passed. It is now Febuary 15,2013 and it still does not feel real. I don't know when it will. My dog just passed two weeks ago, and now she is running around and playing with him in heaven. You were mister fix it. What ever you saw it needed fixing. I will greatly miss you Nonno. I will never forget you and what you have done to support my family. Thank you, Monica.

On behalf of the entire Vasquez family, we wanted to send our condolences to all the Guastapaglia, Marshall and Koch families.  You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, that we may not understand why Uncle Aldo left this earth or why he left us before we were ready to say good-bye. But little by little, we will begin to remember not that Uncle Aldo has passed, but that he lived, a good life for that. And, that his life gave all us many memories too beautiful too ever forget. May you take comfort in knowing an angel is watching over all of you. You are all in my prayers!

Dan and I had the priviliage of listening to Aldo tell us his life's story and how  he went to Italy, stayed a while, and met Luanna. It  is a blessing to have been able to have  had him share his life with us.  He had a way of making us feel very special.

I was sad to hear of Aldos passing.Aldo broke me in in the beer buisness in the early 1980 at Ferrari Bros.I had all the respect in the world for him

I will never forget the twinkle in his eyes and his great big smile when he was saying something funny or clever.

 It was always a great joy to see Aldo and Luana dance at the Italian Banquet. He is such a great dancer...
"Aldo in the sky".  Especially when he would take Darlene out to dance, very beautiful.  Two songs dancing together.   Many prayers and blessing to the family.  Alex and Betsy Preciado.

I can't stop crying.  I was wondering why when I think of you I can't stop crying.  I finally figured it out today.  I feel like one of my fingers has been cut off.  I know I can still use my hand and I will be able to function but my hand will never be the same.  When I look at my hand I see somthing is missing; this is the same when I think of you.  Something in my life is missing.  
I want to thank you for all of the love and support you have provided for me and my family.  I thank you for being the role model for my brother.  I know that he is the man he is today because of the many conversations and skills you have given him.  I can look at him and think of the finger I missed with a smile on my face.  I thank you for giving me wonderful life memories of family dedication.  These are just a few memories I would like to share:
1. Moving Flora out of her house and into her first home. (Dad helping with a frown on his face) Quite a few years later telling me that he thought it was a good move for Flora to grow up. 
2. Dar and Jims wedding.  Never a happier and prouder man.  Dancing with me until my feet couldn't move any more.
3. The birth of his grandsons. Watching him hold them with his big strong arms and hands. 
4. Flora and Joe's Wedding. (Dad feeling a sense of comfort that both of his daughters are on their own now)
5. The final adoption of Monica and Micheal.
6. All of the family dinners
7. The cherry tree maintance
8. The yard (the grass, the new drive way, trimming trees the correct way) 
9. The shingles on the house
10 The Immaculate garage
11. Family trips abroad
12. The endless stories of his youth and being a medic, insurance salesman and many other wonderful stores we all listened to over and over again. With love and adornment.
13. Most of all the giving of himself for his family.  The endless hours he would work to provide for his family.

I love you and will miss you.
