Angela Pierce, 89, of San Jose, CA passed away on October 12th 2016. Angela was born in Italy on June 14th 1927. She was married to Kenneth Donald Pierce on June 7th 1953; they were married for 37 years. Angela worked as the head tailor for Macy’s for 53 ½ years. She enjoyed working and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Angela is survived by her children David (Susan) and Kenneth, Grandchildren David (Kari), Mark (Jenna), Michael (Alanna), Heather and Great-grandchildren Wyatt, Wesley, Casey, Derek and Ryker along with other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara.
Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Parish, 1971 Saint Lawrence Drive, Santa Clara.
Interment to follow at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
A gathering for family and friends will take place at The Pierce Residence on Friday, October 21, 2016 following the burial.
