

Freddie Paul Wilson entered into eternal life peacefully on Sunday February 17, 2013 in Santa Clara, Ca. He is survived by his best friend and loving wife Cristina and his two children Lowery and his wife Tara Wilson, Lisa and her husband Kenny Russell. His Grandchildren Felicia, Nathan, Elijah, Chloe, Sydney and great grandson Russell. Freddie was the eldest of seven siblings Eddie, Debbie, Michael, Robyn and Tammy. His brother Jack E. Wilson departed this world at 18 years old. He was also the beloved brother-in-law of Gloria Rodriguez and Irene Winningham. Freddie was born on July 6, 1947 at Hazel Hawkins Hospital in Hollister, Ca. He was born to Juanita and F.J Wilson. Freddie worked in construction as a sheet rocker and had dedicated 35 years to his trade. He was a mentor to some of his family members who were lucky enough to work with him. He was a very skilled tradesman. Freddie was a very charismatic character and people were often swept up in his infectious spirit. He was always the life of the party. His favorite song was Joy To The World by Three Dog Night. Freddie was also a great family man. He was a father, brother, grandfather, uncle, brother, son, cousin and friend. He was loved by so many and he loved so many in return. He will be greatly missed by his family, but we will always keep him in our hearts. His earthly body may be gone, but his spirit and the love he gave each and every one of us will live on forever in the memories we share when we think of him. He is now at peace and will no longer have to carry the burden of the hardships life can bring to us. He is now in the glory of God and will be looking down on us waiting for the day that we can join him among the angels. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Celebration of Fred's life Friday, March 1, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 N Winchester Blvd.
