Wow, it 11.5.2025, and Ida pops up in my email. My cousin mother in law and neighbor over the fence. Thank you for the many birthdays celebrations with family and visits in your front room. May God hold you close and tell other family HI!

I want to send my warmest condolences. Ida and I shared many hours of joyful conversation, at the San Jose Museum of Art Store. She volunteered there many years while I worked there. I enjoyed our friendship.

I called Ida, Ida néni, which is a Hungarian term of endearment. She held me in her arms at my baptism, because my godparents couldn’t be there. She was a special lady in my life—always bubbly and smiling and full of love. I will miss her beautiful presence, but I will always remember my Ida néni. May perpetual light shine upon her.  All my love to her family.

May God's love through Ida, to her family continue on. The tennis court is empty but heaven is fuller.

With much love I'm sending my deep-heartful sympathy to the whole family. 
 I have known Ida for 62 years. She was my wonderful friend for all those years.  We laughed and cried together, and went through so much. She spoke  Hungarian and shared  the love of Hungarian poetry with me.. We understood each other, and loved each other.
She was the best friend anyone could have, and I will miss her as long as I live.  But we wiil see each other again I know, and until then:
