She worked for many years at George Mayne Elementary school in Alviso as a teacher’s aide in one of the pre-school classrooms which made her well known among the children as well. At Josie’s house there was always room for one more. If you ever needed it she always had a place for you to sleep and a warm meal. One of her greatest joys was meeting, playing with and seeing all of her grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren grow. She would look at a newborn picture and always knew which baby it was. She will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
