Keith, 75, passed away Wednesday the 11th, surrounded by Lucille, his wife of 55 yrs. and high school sweetheart at Campbell High, sons, Kurt and wife Susan of San Jose, Kevin of Campbell, and grandchildren Melissa and Michael Hammond and Jessica Yafei. A Memorial Service will be held Sat., April 28 at 2:00 pm at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 N Winchester Blvd.
