Entered into rest on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013. Born to the late Joseph and Nancy Navarra in San Jose on March 1, 1924. A long time resident of San Jose, she spent her last few years in Auburn, CA and peacefully passed away after battling several years of Alzheimer’s. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Dominick. A beloved mother of David Mercurio of Indio, CA, Janice Watson (Randy) of Troutdale, OR and Shirley Jairett (Steve) of Auburn, CA. A loving grandmother to eight and a great grandmother of nine. Dearest sister of Madeline Paganelli of Santa Clara, CA. Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation on Sunday, April 7, 2013 from 5-9pm with Rosary at 7:30pm at Lima Family Santa Clara, 466 N. Winchester Blvd. Santa Clara. Mass will be held on Monday, April 8, 2013 at 10:30am at St. Martin of Tours Parish, 200 O’Connor Drive in San Jose. Interment to follow in Santa Clara Mission Cemetery. Donations preferred to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
