Paul was a great person to know. We went to high school together & he got me started in music. We used to jam together in his parents garage. Great memories many years later. I just found out he passed, minutes ago, & am very sorry to hear it. Rest in paradise my friend, you will be missed dearly.

Paul took my son Albert Hernandez under his wing when he was in Divided...albert was a little roadie for them and Albert looked up to him with great admiration ....he will always be remembered and in our hearts...everytime I see the Borges van I look to see if he is driving...he will be missed!

I am so sorry for the loss of a very kind person! I had the chance to work with Paul for a couple of years, it was fun. He is a funny person and shared some funny stories. My condolences to the Borges family. My heart goes out to you for your loss. Paul was a one of a kind spirit and will be shining down on us from the heavenly stars. He was a star and will remain a star all we have to do is look up and see him shining like he did while he was with us. I'm devastated just as everyone who loved him is. Paul, you were my first love. Third through sixth grade wouldn't have been the same if I wasnt able to chase you at recess. One thing I will never forget about you was when you asked me to take pictures at one of your shows and I was standing on a chair taking the pictures and then I was face down on the floor. Instead of laughing at me (which would have been perfectly acceptable) you came to me after and made sure I was okay. I am thankful that we were able to connect in life as adults. I was blessed to have known you. You taught me how to play the first few chords to Smells Like Teen Spirit and you were patient with me while doing so. Thank you. Beijinhos. I know you are happy and safe now.
