Christine passed away on October 24, 2014 at the age of 100 years, 11 months. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Giuseppe Tersigni and son, Louis (Lois) Tersigni. She was born in Detroit, Michigan to Giuliano and Francesca D’Ambrosio, the oldest of eight children. Christine is survived by two sisters, Ann Williams, Evelyn DeSimone and brother, Albert (Nellie) D’Ambrosio, sons, Nick (Dorothy) Tersigni, Joseph (Lucille), wife of Louis (d), Shirley Bellevance, 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 6 great, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Prior to retirement, Christine worked at local school cafeterias and canneries. She is remembered by family and friends for hosting many happy gatherings. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 from 5-8PM with Rosary at 7PM at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 10AM at St. Martin of Tours Parish, 200 O’Connor Dr., San Jose. Interment to follow in Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
