Richard J. Sanchez passed away on May 21, 2014, He was 94 years old and is survived by his wife Rose Sanchez of 67 years of marriage. He leaves a daughter Linda and son- in- law Allen Pendergraft. With many nieces and nephews who loved him. Richard proudly served his country in the Army during WWII and earned several service medals. He was also a truck driver for many years. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2014 from 5-9PM with Rosary at 7PM at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95050 where the Funeral Service will also be held on Friday, May 30, 2014 at 11AM. Interment to follow in Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
