Kathleen Rose Tubbs

Kathleen R Tubbs , 51, passed away after a severe heart attack on October 8, 2014. She joined her parents Michael and Betty Law, as well as her beloved husband Robert (Bobby) Tubbs up with the Lord. She lived and worked in Santa Paula for 31 years before starting a job in Ojai this past March. She took part in communities youth cheer & football serving both as a board member and a parent of her daughters who both participated in the program. She loved the beach and spent as much time as she could in the sun perfecting her tan. Her house was always full of dogs and she loved each and every one of them as if they were her children. She is survived by: her children Sydney Alexis and Jack Alexis, her god-daughter Selena Moreno, her sisters Lisa Law-Clark and Teresa Tunnel, and numerous in-laws, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Grave side services will be held Friday, November 14th, 2014, at 12 PM at Santa Paula Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome at the services and a potluck will be held immediately after ate Lifeway Baptist Church in Santa Paula. The family would like to say a special thanks to Ventura CMH for the excellent/caring care they provided to Kathy. Also a thank you to all her loving friends who have been very present for her children in such a difficult, crazy, time of change as well as a big hug to all their family for their support during this time of sorrow.
