Mark Anthony Tobias

Mark was born on September 11, 1977, son of Rosemary Noriega and Jose Concepcion Tobias. Mark attended Santa Paula High School and graduated in 1996. His kids meant the world to him. He enjoyed coaching his kids in softball and baseball. Mark was a very kind and gentle soul; he had a generous heart, and was always there for others.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Eusebio Tobias and Lola Tobias.

He leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his; children, Amanda Tobias and Justin Tobias; the mother of his children, Violet Tobias; mother, Rosemary Noriega, and step father, Richard Noriega; sister, Bianca Noriega; father, Concepcion Tobias and step mother, Pola Tobias; sister, Victoria Tobias; maternal grandparents, Roberto Mireles and Elvira Mireles. Also, many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
