

Bart Coelingh passed away December 20, 2021 in his home in Sarasota, Florida. Bart was born on November 15, 1940 in Haarlem, The Netherlands. He was the second son of Jan Pauwels Coelingh and Laura van der Eijken.
Life in Holland during the Nazi occupation was difficult for the Coelingh family and they suffered many deprivations that had life-long consequences. They moved from Bloemendaal to Wassenaar where Bart completed his education. Later he immigrated to the US to work for Standard Brands as a financial analyst in Manhattan. There he met his wife of fifty years, Anne (Bunny) Hallenbeck. They married and moved back to Holland, to The Hague where they had their children. The Coelingh family then moved back again to the US and settled in Sarasota.
Bart started Photoworks, Inc., a professional photo lab and worked in that field later at Norton Photo and Wolf Camera.
Bart is predeceased by sisters Lady Laura Crawley-Boevey and Cornelia Rote, by his brother Jan Pauwels Coelingh and his son Patrick Alexander Coelingh.
He is survived by his daughter, Laura Suzanne Coelingh, and his wife Anne (Bunny) Coelingh. He will be greatly missed. Please consider making a donation to Tidewell Hospice, Inc., https://tidewellhospice.org
