SCRUGGS CHARLES KENNETH (Age 76) Died June 17, 2019 at Sarasota Tidewell Hospice House, Sarasota, Florida. Ken/Mr. Scruggs was born in Washington, D.C. on February 7, 1943 to parents Charles and Blanche Scruggs. He worked in computer and furniture sales until he retired at 67 yrs old. Beloved father of Aaron Scruggs (Stephanie), Vienna, Va. and Andrew Scruggs (Marisa), Fairfax Station, Va. Beloved grandfather to Ainsley, Isla, Cailin and Lachlan Scruggs, Vienna, Va. and Amari and Adalie Scruggs, Fairfax Station, Va. Beloved brother to Carole S. Taylor (Frank), Brevard, N.C. Beloved uncle to Colleen S. Buchmeier, Sarasota, Fl. Mr. Scruggs was preceded in death by his wife, Rosalyn Scruggs. He loved his family, his life in Florida, his longtime friends, and his annual Party in Paradise. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
