

Anna Schlosser passed away on December 29, 2023 at RUH surrounded by her children. Mom was the eldest child born at home to Henry and Mary Noll. Mom was raised on the farm in the Cudworth area. On July 20, 1953 she married Andrew Schlosser. They had nine children. They took pride in farming together until 1994 when they retired to Saskatoon. Once in Saskatoon, Mom was a member of the Holy Spirit Church and was a long serving member of the CWL. Mom is lovingly remembered by her children; daughter-in-law Diane, Adel and Roger, Cyril and Char, Norman and Carol, Joanne and Chris, Gordon and Johanne, Donnell and Dawn and Rhea and Derek. Grandma is also remembered by her 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; her sister, Sr Marian Noll; her in-laws Irene, Alphonse and Reg (Eley). She was predeceased by her husband of 64 years, Andrew Schlosser, her two sons Arthur in infancy and Neil in 2014; one grandson Jesse in infancy; one sister, Mary and one brother, John. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Anna to the Heart & Stroke Foundation (www.heartandstroke.ca), Alzheimer Society (www.alzheimer.ca/sk) or to a charity of one’s choice. A Vigil of Prayer for Anna will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 3, 2024. Both services will be held at Holy Spirit Parish (114 Kingsmere Place, Saskatoon). A Private Family Rite of Committal will be held at a later date at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Cudworth, SK.
