It is with great sorrow that Arnold Stanley Friesen passed away at RUH on February 25, 2026, at the age of 85. Arnold was born on December 27, 1940, in Rosthern, Saskatchewan. He was employed as a milk man and delivery truck driver in Saskatoon until retirement in 2000.
He is survived by his loving wife Loretta (Twordik); daughter Cheryl (Steve) Bacon; son-in-law Rick Ditto; brothers: Wilf (Elsie) Friesen, Don Friesen and Sheldon (Pat) Friesen; sisters: Lavina (Ron) Zerebeski, Elvera (Ken) Terlesky and Delores (Ed) Volk; brothers-in-law: Sal (Shirley) Twordik, George (Cathy) Twordik; and sister-in-law Myra Twordik; four grandchildren: Darren (Shelby) Bacon, Allan Bacon, Randi (Mark) Tunbridge and Eric (Dana) Ditto; also eleven great-grandchildren.
He was pre-deceased by his daughter Bonnie Ditto, his parents Peter and Martha Friesen and his brother Les Friesen.
