Evans The passing of Blake Robert Evans, one day old, occurred Thursday, August 25, 2011 at Royal University Hospital. He is survived by his Parents Erin and Tim; his twin sister Natalie Blake Evans of Saskatoon; his Grandparents, Roger (Shirley) Evans of Saskatoon, Pam Evans of Saskatoon, Ruth Regier of Regina, Lionel McNabb (Denise Porter) of Regina; his Uncle Brett McNabb of Regina; and his Great Grandparents Leogardia Riehl of Saskatoon and Don and Mary Regier of Rosthern. A Graveside Service will be held Monday, August 29 at 10:30 a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may gather at the entrance gates of the cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the N.I.C.U unit of Royal University Hospital 103 Hospital Drive, Saskatoon, SK S7N 0W8.
