Carl F. Roth

July 20, 1921 - October 17, 2015

Carl, age 94, passed peacefully at Samaritan’s Place with his family at his side. He is survived by his wife, Theresa; his children, Jack (Virginia) Tracy-Roth, Georgine (Bill) Thomas, Louis (Denise) Roth, Richard Roth, Reginald (Lynn) Roth, Mervin Roth, Tim (Mary) Roth; 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sisters, Freda Young and Margaret Germain, sisters in-law, Mary Roth, Adelyne Roth, and Ruth Kaufmann; and  brother-in-law, Jake Volk. Special thanks to the care partners of Samaritan Place, the priests who ministered to him and Drs. Popick and Larson for their medical care. Vigil for Carl will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 19th. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 20th. Both services will be held at the Cathedral of the Holy Family (123 Nelson Road). Following the Reception, the Rite of Committal will take place at Woodlawn Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Campaign Life Coalition or to The Cathedral of the Holy Family.
