Catherine Merlyn Eileen Taylor

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Catherine Merlyn Eileen Taylor-Erixon (Born July 18th, 1960). Cathy passed away peacefully on January 24th, 2015 at Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon surrounded by many loving friends and family members. Cathy was predeceased by her brother Ron; father Orville "Bud"; her mother Evelyn and father-in-law Lorne Taylor. She will be forever missed by her four children Ashley (Ricky), Nathan (Dayton), Landon and Hayden Taylor; her husband of 25 years Shawn Taylor; three brothers and one sister Murray (Fern) Erixon, Bob (Kim) Erixon, Pat (Harvey) Dionne and Gary (Lori) Erixon; her mother-in-law Lyn Taylor and Shawn's family; her loving companion Don Hunt; as well as many nieces, nephews and great friends. We wish to express a very special and warm thanks to Dr. Shahid Ahmed and staff at the Saskatoon Cancer Centre, and to the wonderful nurses and aids of the 6100 unit at RUH for all of the support they gave Cathy and her family during her battle with cancer. A Celebration of Life will be held at McClure United Church (4025 Taylor St East on Friday, January 30th at 1:00 pm.
